Not finding people to talk to for the first part of my class project.

It's due next Thursday. :x

Are you supposed to interview someone or something? Can you do it online?

In-person interviews is to assure the quality of all class projects.

I am currently enrolled in a journalism class.

My cat clawed my kitten's eye and she won't open it.

I really hope that her eye is okay. Do you think she may need to see a vet?

idk

I massaged her closed eye and used a cool compress. It's been shut for about 30 minutes now. She tried peeking out a couple of times but shut it again. She's not making pain noises but it's clearly hurt. I don't even know if it's her eyeball or her eyelid area. :?

Just when my life couldn't get any more f'd up, if it tried.

I think you've done good at taking care of it so far, and it's also good that she let you do that to her eye.

Hopefully even if it's her eyeball that's hurt that it ends up being just some minor irritation that can heal easily. I am wishing the best for you and her.

Thanks Hero. She's asleep now. I hope she'll be better after a good rest.

You need to take her to the vet.
A vet I go to had a dog that lost an eye because of a scratch.
Someone was baby-sitting the dog while she was on holidays and didn't attend to it.

My appetite fell off a cliff today.

I lost my appetite for four months and lost 45 pounds, which was handy but not under my control. I've been eating fine for two months, until today.

I hope your cat is okay, Isabella.

I hope that your appetite doesn't stay like that. Did you figure out what the issue was last time, or did it just come back eventually?

Depression and anxiety. I had to quit my job, and then things got a lot easier. But I'm just about out of money.

Malo scratched my eye on accident and now I can barely keep it open. (I can see out of it though, it just hurts.)

Oh no!! ! Do you have eye drops? Even the ones for pinkeye might help because they're antibacterial.

Feel better soon!! !

PS My kitten's eye seems to be OK now.

Thank you, Isa!

It happened last night, and I'm finally going to the doctor later today because it hasn't stopped watering + it not-opening much is new. Hopefully my doctor will give me antibacterial eye drops.

Also, I'm glad her eye is doing better! When my eye got scratched I immediately thought about your cat. lol
