Building habits.
And been doing well for the last 5 days.

Just 55+ days to go, I guess.
.. IF my non-24 hour self made chart works.

My next Ketamine treatment, which will occur at 12:30PM PST today, after a three-hour drive to Reno, where it will happen...

I've been curious if this treatment would benefit me at all. What is your experience with it? Feel free to DM me so I don't derail this topic :)

I need to drive to get groceries and mail, but I'm not really feeling up to leaving the house or driving.

I'll get back to you via DM this evening, after we get home from Reno. I seem to be able to communicate rather better after these treatments, among the other benefits.

:( Mudshake isn't how I imagined it. It's a bit too strong for my taste.
Maybe my head is waging war or is confused between the vanilla and milk like flavor against vodka.

Oh well.

Maybe it'll be an additive instead of directly drinking it. And recently got some chocolates from a family friend...
Hmmm.... :o

Why do so many people hate raisins so much?

Can't sleep for no reason.

Or maybe it's just chocolates and I've yet to burn it all out.

I'm not quite familiar with the new motorhome, and it is rather large and awkward. It is 36' long. My brain has a tendency to catastrophize in EVERY situation, so I'm terrified that it will tip over on me while we are trying to park it (it is top heavy, and the campground has cramped spaces). The first time we parked it, I had an adrenaline surge and near-meltdown over it. Hopefully I will grow more accustomed to it in the coming weeks.

Also, I am not good with even minor changes. This move has not been/will not be a pleasant experience for me.

I hope the new motorhome is at least much better than the old motorhome.
