Why wait when I could just inquire?

Really hoping that my therapist can write me one of those letters so I can go on hormone replacement therapy. She said she might be able to.

Maybe I can work next week.
Maybe the packages would arrive by then.

And as soon as it arrives... No more excess mix and match clothes. :o No more clothes to confuse whose.
All clothes I keep are all handpicked by me and me alone. I'd decline any offered clothes I choose not to keep.

In my experience, it’s actually NTs who are more prone to laughing at inappropriate times.

I forgot that we were supposed to have a big storm this weekend and it's starting to get really rainy and windy.

Ants.
Ants everywhere.

In my clothes. On the bed. In my mom's mess of clothes. On the table. In my sister's room. On the floor at random where there's no food or moisture. In my boxes. On the terraces. In almost every shoe.

Where the hell's the yearly storm so we could just get on with it.

Someone in the shelter is smoking weed (which they're not supposed to do) and it reeks. I don't personally mind it but I want to smoke now. Also, there are a lot of kids here, so that makes it extra not cool to do.

I'm contemplating whether or not I'd be taking a hearing test.

Yes, I have tolerance to go to crowds and noises for hours end in top of other numerous sensory discomfort. Maybe more.

However, it cannot be said with my sensory threshold. I would need to start monitoring my stress somehow.
I won't be surprised if it happened to be low enough to ended up shutting down in an hour long or less.

In which may mean I had been still virtually functioning in half or less of my best for most at the time.
I can take stress like any discomfort, but can I actually still function fully with it? Not likely.

What's still surprising is the lack of anxiety symptoms though.
Stress responses just dies as soon as I enter home, or just anywhere where I can get rid of my usual discomforting items like my bra, shoes, other items like face mask, and whatever I was lugging like my bag -- or thoughts about work.

Back to relaxing again as soon as I got rid of all of it.
At worst, I'd just be very frustrated enough to be sad about how I performed while in heavy stress than worried nor ever still worried.

I procrastinated again and left too much work for the next two days. But is it bad to procrastinate when you're really just managing your time and giving yourself some downtime on the off-days? I'd rather do a lot at once than spread the misery over the whole week.
