Title of the post is self-explanatory.

I tend to yo-yo between being a morning person (like today, it's 8:20 AM PST as I write this message) or a late-night person, depending on how I'm feeling. Not much else to say here.....

I wish I was more of a morning person. Sometimes I'll wake up early and I'll just know I'm not going back to sleep so I get up and I love that time of day when everyone else is still asleep. I've been for really morning runs too as the sun comes up and it's just beautiful.

But generally I struggle to get up and when I'm left to my own devices I tend to settle in to a late to bed/late to rise pattern.

Early to rise, early in the sack for a country boy like me! Anything past 10PM is too late, and I'll wake up by 6AM most days.

I'm a mostly late night person with occassional accumulatively non-24 hour rotating by few hours a day sleep schedule.

I don't actually yoyo in terms of time of productivity. Not really. More like mine rotates, with few stops in between.

My body only does follow the wake sleep times in an irregular manner though, to a point I could manipulate it through eating times.

My head usually remains it's best at late night and no amount of tricks seems to workout. Maybe it's my senses, maybe not.

Afternoon to evening. Maybe roughly 5-10 PM. My brain takes hours to really get going, and insomnia problems mean an erratic sleep schedule. I can be trying to sleep for twelve hours and actually get closer to six. But I’m plenty tired the whole time, I can’t really get much accomplished after a certain point even if I’m awake most of the night.

Early morning.
Sometimes ridiculously so.
When I get fidgety and want to spring into action at 3am
Much to the annoyance of bed partners.

I'm a dark person. Whenever it's dark, which can include Raleigh's 3 a.m. springs to action or other people's evening strolls. Just no sunrises, please.

I sleep from about 5 am - 8 or 9 am.

I went from being an evening-late night person when I was a bit younger, to recently a morning-afternoon person. I think that now I get too fatigued by afternoon to do much, so I've had to adjust.

All of them, as it just depends on the context. I can function fine across them all. I try to keep a sleeping pattern in normal day to day life, even if I can't sleep; I'll just lie there and think or daydream.

Same here. Usually up between 3-5 AM. It's dark and quiet. Very ideal. Especially in winter.
