one shoulder and my right hand's index finger. I also have very crack-prone wrists and a cartilage laden elbow.

I have really flexible arms. I don't know if that means if they are double-jointed though. I do know it gave some people trouble with me in Akido since my arms could stretch much farther before the pain point kicked in. Made it a bit more tricky to put me in a hold.
