Slightly OT - but for those who want more of a challenge - who can wiggle their ears? Most humans never gain conscious control over the muscles to do this. I feel my ears prick up a little like a dogs when I hear a sudden noise and can move them up and down at will. (OK I'm weird). :P

I can wiggle my ears too.

Okay, now I just sound like a freak. My eyes change colours, I can roll my tongue, and I can wiggle my ears.

Yup, I can do that too. I can't wiggle them seperately or make them curl though. I have tried, oh how I've tried.

You're not the only one, CelticGoddess. We are the master race.

Nope. In general I have terrible motor control. I can't even butter toast without tearing it to shreds.

Someone else can't roll there tongue?

Now I don't feel so special as before.

I'm the only non-tongueroller here damn it! They're probably just saying they can't do it just to be edgy and different.

You can whip them if they don't do their work properly.

Eye Changing theory?

I can roll my tongue. It's genetic though.

it must be. I bet there is a correlation with superior intellect too.

which only proves that those who can not roll should be made into our b*****s.

Well, it's been proven as genetics, though, hasn't it? :?

Add twoshots to the list. He has fill wiggle controlling power over the right ear, but has trouble wiggling the left ear by itself without raising his left eyebrow.

I think you can learn that talent. I taught myself to do it as a child when I noticed if I moved my eyebrow then an ear would go up with it, and in the case of the right ear I figured out how to move the ear without the eyebrow (although of course I can move them both together no eyebrows needed).

I can't roll my tongue or wiggle my ears.
I'm also so inflexible that I can't even sit with my legs out in front of me at 90 degrees from my body.

I can roll my tongue.

I cannot, however, bend my big toes at the first joint. I didn't even know people could do that until I was a grown-up, and got weirded out at the way someone was freakishly wiggling their toes. Everyone was like, "What? You can't do that? Everyone can do that!" Who knew?

Maybe I've just not been trying hard enough to roll my tongue. They should have beat me more when I was a child and cured me of my laziness.

Well, since ya didn't get your "beatin's" back then....are ya up for 'em now? :P :lmao:

And yes, I'm another "roller".

Actually, to the best my knowledge, no. On the contrary; studies have, I've heard, found that identical twins are no more likely than fraternal to both be able to tongue roll (can't get a citation, article doesn't seem to be on google scholar).
