I eat microwaveable corndogs and ketchup for breakfast. Sometimes if I'm very hungry I'll cook a couple of Hot Pockets Cheeseburger Sideshots to go along with it.

Can't eat a lot of foods for breakfast, so I usually will dine on some Mix1 or sometimes if I'm feeling good, 2 hours later, I'll eat ravi oli's. I gotta have something that is easy to make early in the morning, it takes me forever to wake up to a state where I feel good enough to prepare a meal, if I'm lucky.

I usually don't eat breakfast but when I do it's mainly cuz my mom cooked something like biscuits & bacon, french-toast or pancakes. Most of the time thou I'm up for a few hours before I'll eat anything

Some times, I eat really yummy stuff, and sometimes I eat things that others find, gross. I don't think I'll repeat what I had for breakfast, this morning.

Diet yogurt with granola, a slice of bread with diet margarine, and an apple. I have to lose weight.

I have two slices of bread, witch I warm up in the microwave. Then I add butter and banana on top. I never seem to get tired of this..

Nothing as eating first thing in the morning makes me feel sick. I normally have some fruit mid morning or maybe soup

I usually have two slices of white toast, one with peanut butter, and the other with Nutella (hazelnut spread).

Sometimes when I don't have time, or can't be bothered making the above, I have a cereal, but :!: it has to be one that doesn't go all mushy in the milk. :!:

Nutella is the most amazing thing ever, and its usually what i eat for breakfast. That, or i microwave some waffles or pancakes my mum made that r sitting in the freezer

As I have a gastric band it's usually something like scrambled eggs, at least for the moment.

I cycle through phases of what I eat for breakfast, and tend to eat whatever it is almost every day for however many weeks the phase lasts. Currently, it's toast with avocado.

oatmeal (made with milk) and peanut butter
whole wheat-toast with peanut butter and apples on it
whole-grain cereal with peanut butter
scrambled eggs

calcium added pineapple juice/orange juice, home made waffle/bread sandwich and a lit bit of cereal with no milk and I substitute orange juice for millet recipes some days...

Bacon or egg sarnie with oodles of tomato sauce and a cup of tea if i'm fully awake or strong coffee if i'm not. It's smashing, if a bit unhealthy.

If I have a full day, I'll usually eat soaked oat groats/hempseed with coconut oil and a spoon of honey or peanut butter. Drink: Coffee, black

If I've nowt on, I'll tend to fast until lunch or dinner.
