Favorite villains

The first villain to come to mind was Tempus from the Lois and Clark TV series. Here are a couple of videos that show why he's one of my favorite villains:

One of my favorite villains is Dr. Claw from the Inspector Gadget TV series. The series recently 'clicked' to me and while the clumsy and clueless Inspector Gadget makes my brain hurt, the faceless, hot-headed, and short-tempered Dr. Claw is why I watch the show. Normally I don't find it funny when somebody is angry and yells a lot, but Frank Welker, who does Claw's voice, does it in a way that I can't help but find funny! Another example of this is Helena Bonham-Carter as The Red Queen in Alice in Wonderland(2010).
