I am depressed about a false diagnosis and ethically questionable actions by the famous British guy that diagnosed me (Eric Fombonne).

3 days ago, I started taking Vitamin B-12. I'm already seeing improvements. During the day, I'm more alert and my thoughts are clearer. I start feeling sleepy at night even before I take my psych meds. It's easier for me to fall asleep and my quality of sleep has improved.

But the best change of all is the fact that the little things in life don't really bother me anymore. Minor annoyances used to infuriate me and sometimes cause me to melt down, but now they are little more than passing thoughts.

B12 is awesome. What does do you take of it? My one is 500mg daily, plus a B complex as well.

I apologize when I see it fit for me to apologize. I don't care if people tell me not to and to woman up.

This week I saw Saturn with the telescope. I could see the rings although the image was small. When there are no clouds I keep watching the sky to learn about the constellations. To learn which star I'm looking at I use a compass and the program Stellarium.

Today they released the list for the nominees of Eisner Awards. I like comics!

When I shower and nobody's home, I'll lock the bathroom door
