B12 is awesome. What does do you take of it? My one is 500mg daily, plus a B complex as well.
I take one 500 mcg pill every day. My psychiatrist has been nagging at me to take it for the longest time, but I resisted because I didn't think there would be any benefits. Then one day my mom said she read an article in a magazine about the benefits of B12, and she said it would probably help me. So then we decided to buy some.
My only regret is that I didn't listen to my psych and start taking it sooner.
