Toasted coconut almond fudge gelato. I'm very happy that I've discovered recently that I'm actually quite fond of coconut, which I'd previously thought I didn't like.

Chicken Jalfrezi with Pilau Rice (Tesco ready meal)

Pleasingly hot, and overall a decent product.

Everything bagels with cream cheese. Once it cools down, I'm going to cook some chicken thighs and make a little stock. I may go ahead and mix it all together with pesto and let it sit overnight, then cook a casserole tomorrow. Or, maybe I'll do it all tonight.
