Fish & Chips from the only F&S shop locally, that does gluten-free batter.

Lots of salt, much gluten-free vinegar.

A banana. It is the only fruit I have ever eaten regularly, that isn't pressed fruit juice.

Nothing but a banana has ever satisfied my Autistic, sensory, texture & taste profile.
