before the beginning of my fast, i ate a a few slices of a 1/4 price domino's deep dish pizza with the works on it.

brown rice, quinoa, leavened with chopped up jackfruit seasoned as a quasi-meat, tomato paste, black beans, onion and garlic, "farm dust" amish spice, ultra-low-sodium soy sauce, nacho cheese, grated tuna.
