When in doubt, ask an autistic. Chances are, they're obsessed with what you need to know.

Hah, I'm worse: 20 years old and I can still name all original 151, plus I know most of their moves, when they gain them, what moves to use against them, how to find them... *cough*

I'd recognise the Crystal & Sapphire ones by sight (most by name too), but I kind of lost track at diamond (I bought the French version, so the names were all different).

I used to love the cartoon- it always was over before I got home from school though, which really p*ssed me off :(

[totally off topic and irrelevant, but I've just noticed the person above me is called 'LenaMarie'- that's a funny coincidence because if I added my middle name, I'd be LeneMaria :P)

Well, at least it's not as bad as being 17 and having imaginary friends.

I had Mew on Yellow... and Mewtwo... and a ridiculous number of Master Balls. :D
I love the glitches in that generation of games.
I'm working my way through completing my Pokedex on Gold at present.

you know what? The first couple of games are fantastic RPGs (Red, Blue, Yellow, Gold, Silver and Crystal at least. Haven't played and don't plan on playing the new ones). I didn't care for the TV series, but I watched it up until they got to Johto. It was not very good, but without it I wouldn't have gotten into better anime. I remember when I was like 9 or 10, if something had Pokemon on it, I would buy it.

I actually bought a Copy of Gold recently for like $7.

My current party is:
Feraligatr
Lugia
Pigeot
Hypno
Poliwrath
Houndoom (recently evolved from a Houndour. I heard that if leveled up right and has crunch and flamethrower and you tought it Solarbeam and Sunny Day from TMs, it is unstoppable)

I stopped buying the games after it became "I can't remember all these. I'll stop at 251 and be happy". And I have. Although its hilarious whenever kids with like LeafGreen come up to challenge me and have no clue what they're dealing with.

Now, I had Red, Yellow, Silver and Crystal way back in the day, but all but Red and Yellow were sold with a bunch of games to EB Games several years back. Mostly because Yellow broke and I still play Red alot.

but for me, my sudden re-interest in the games is nostalgia factor. I'm now remembering how much fun I had playing them.

I just turned 18 and I'm still playing pokemon.

Honchkrow is my favorite for a particular reason. I also like Vaporeon, Milotic, Ninetales, Moltres, and Kingdra.

Hey, I wouldn't worry about wanting to catch them all at 18.

I have over 200 Marvel and DC comics action figures, which has cost me over £2000 in the course of about 2 years... and I'm turning 30 next year! :)

Oh, you shouldn't worry about this!

Try being 18 and liking model railways and Anime!

:)

As for Pokemon, yes I still like it. I HATE THE TV SHOW AND THE MOVIES.. but the games are uber-fun!

:D
