Disorganization

Has anyone else noticed how disorganized it is on this discussion board? I'm really annoyed by it. I actually kind of get confused by the lack of organization.

How exactly is it disorganized? Specificity, please.
From what I can tell, it's just PHPBB format...

I found this site to be somewhat overwhelming at first.
However, I eventually formed the opinion through experience, that this site is a methodically efficient arrangement of episodically sufficient estrangement, periodically officiant rearrangement and melancholy divergence, inevitably prevails.

I never noticed. How is it disorganised?

How disorganized is "disorganized"? I don't see any reason why it is... care to tell?

i've kinda always though there were too many sub forums. 'Random discussion' can kind of encompass a half dozen other forums out there. But then it might become like general discussion, i dont even visit that because it seems to always be overcrowded, and too hard to follow a post because it either gets too many resposnes than i have time to read, or gets bumped off the page too quick.

I guess we put the 'random' in Random Discussion...

Welcome to Wrong Planet. To be honest, I don't even know what a organized or disorganized forum looks like.. they all look the same to me but yeah... I can't help you sorry.

Well, this site is a bit overwhelming and most times disorganization= overwhelming for me. There do seem like A LOT of different discussion boards that could be combined. I am also have an extremely artistic mindset, so this site, which to me doesn't have any real artistic qualities to it, seems even more "disorganized" to me. Everything seems to be placed in random places, possibly just because I'm NOT a technological person. I really do love this site though, just not the "lack of disorganization."

(sounds kinda similar to "disorganized")

As for the rest of the board, everything seems to fall into place...People usually talk about what they are supposed to talk about in the designated forums...and often if someone starts a really off-topic topic in another forum...somebody will pipe up and say...this really belongs in the "such and such" forum..I even think that some threads end up getting moved for that reason.
In the "random discussion" forum...it is really hard to be "off topic" unless the subject is something that belongs in the Adult forum...

I am an artistic (not really technical) sort too...and to me, the board makes a lot of sense, and most of the bases seem to be well-covered....but maybe it is because I have been here a while.
It seems a lot less confusing than many other forums I have visited though, and maybe that is why I have been here so long.

I thought this was a post on disorganized thoughts and fun things to do with them. I feel sad now.

A question for the OP: how would you change things to make them more organised?
