What do you like to think about???

I think about everything from my friends family and school and sometimes God

The 60s, the 80s, my friends, family, dog, how to make the world a better place, God, old British rock bands and the people that I volunteer with.

I like to think about the possibility of being a classic musclecar restorer, for a living, someday. I also like to think about disappearing from society, living out in the wilderness, becoming a hermity gold prospector. There would be no more anxiety, no more social worries, no more girl troubles , just me, nature, and one of my lifelong obsessions....precious metals.


Then there's other days where I think about being a normal person, gf/wife, the whole nine yards. Hmm...yep, I'm clueless.lol

So....mainly, the things I think about are related to money, in some way, until i figure out what I want to do with the social/relationship aspect of my life.

5]-being young and fit again
6]-being attractive to others
7]-being loved
8]-being an effective human being
9]-having a place in the world
10]being in the world but not of it [when i get tired of #9 above]

How many posts can I get in a day?

Used to say, I don't think.

I sit unfocussed. I walk unfocussed [except on walking]. I work or WORK focussed. And SOMETHING starts me off, like a pebble in an oyster. And I go into thinking mode and may jump up and start researching.

Topic - almost anything. Most often these days languages, theology, relationships, personality.

I like to think about my favorite movie characters and make up my own stories about them.

The Kinks

Morning I was thinking about this poem by Ignacy Krasicki, written in 18th century:

MĄDRY I GŁUPI
Nie nowina, że głupi mądrego przegadał;
Kontent więc, iż uczony nic nie odpowiadał,
Tym bardziej jeszcze krzyczeć przeraźliwie począł;
Na koniec, zmordowany, gdy sobie odpoczął,
Rzekł mądry, żeby nie był w odpowiedzi dłużny:
"Wiesz, dlaczego dzwon głośny? Bo wewnątrz jest próżny!"

And my translation:

SMART AND STUPID
Nothing new that stupid one talked more than smart
And logical is, that smart was the silent one
So stupid one started make noise and overloud shout
And he became exhausted and he had to chill out
Smart one said something to be not in debt to side
"You know why bell is loud? Cause it's hollow inside!"

I think about my kitty, and my favorite characters a lot.

My budget is another thing that I like to think about. I'm making a lot of cuts. I haven't had an energy drink, in 6 days, because I can't afford them. I'm just going to spend my surplus on CDs from now on.

I like to think about food. I probably enjoy it a bit too much, lol.
