I have had vertigo these past two mornings when I've got out of bed in the morning.
I need to do some exercises.

Eek! Hope you're better now.
I just got over a bad cold, but there's a splotch on my head that might be skin cancer--it's asymmetrical, but it doesn't have clear borders, but it is not all one color, and it's about the size of a dime. As soon as I have the co-pay, I'm going to get it looked at.

Yes, but I do have permanent problems and have to restrict my diet to aid in digestion. As for the moles, I have about 12 that match the ABCDE rule and have to get them routinely checked. Hopefully for you it's just a large but benign mole.

A few minor colds. Before that, I think it was swine flu - the first time I ever had a flu, as I'm usually immune to those. I had never been sick for more than a few days, and suddenly I had a heavy fever to the point where I had distorted vision, threw up until there was nothing left to throw up, had my muscles nearly let go while walking on a flight of stairs, and I had to stay in bed for two weeks almost continuously. Very rarely have I reached a point where I couldn't pick up the remote next to me in my arm's reach, but that time was the worst disease I ever had.

Last worth mentioning was when ended up in emergency, I have similar to IBS and when I get really stressed my stomach loses the plot so to speak. I couldn't keep even water down and ended up in hospital with dehydration, tachycardia, hypertension and an electrolyte imbalance. I vomited so hard I also burst small capillaries in my eye so that was quite an interesting look!

Before that was sunburn (bandages changes everyday for 2 weeks, sleeping sitting up on cold packs etc)
And before that was bronchitis for 8weeks

I'm all good now though :)

How long you got, lol? The one that's annoying me most at the moment is chronic pain.

Don't know what to call it; food poisoning? Norovirus?
5days of running from the bed to the bathroom, MISERABLE!
