Does it annoy you when people burp or when people fart?

Yes. And it also annoys me when people point the burping/farting out.

Yes, it's gross and embarrassing, especially when they do it in public.

When we were teens my brother use to belch at will all the time just because he knew it annoyed me.

Not when they burp, but when they fart, yes.

My sister farts loudly all the time and then she laughs hysterically about it. I don't understand what's so funny. Sometimes she walks into my room, farts, and leaves. -_-'

As long as they don't burp or fart in my face, I don't really care.

I definitely prefer that they don't do it around me. Or at least not when they are close to me.

It doesn't bother me, because I see it as a natural part of life. If they force it is when it bothers me.

I live with all boys, so I've acclimated.

It doesn't bother me at all unless the farts smell. I fart alot because it's related to constipation problems I have. I had a couple appointments with my doc about it. Thankfully my farts don't usually smell. I belch alittle too & it may be related to my GERD(Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease) & because I binge eat.

People coughing and clearing the throat annoys me more.

But I get embarrassed when people burp or fart, unless I get used to a certain person doing it. I feel embarrassed to burp and fart in front of anyone, even my own mum.

I heard that after you have an operation in the abdomen area, the nurse ask you if you've farted, and won't let you home until you say you have. I know everyone farts and it's normal, but I still wouldn't want to be asked if I've farted. I hope I wouldn't ever have to have any surgery in any of my organs.
