i dreamt that i was in my old parents' house, and in one of the bathrooms, when it morphed into something strange, the shower stall turned into a big room with an extra toilet and sink, and crawling from behind the toilet, were these strange black flying bugs the size of gun bullets, about an inch long and half an inch wide. they were crawling on the walls and making strange buzzing noises, and when i grabbed a bathtowel to dispatch them one by one, they each made distressed buzzing noises in emulation of human vowel sounds, that telepathically said to me "hey, what's the big idea? that hurts, mac! OUCH!! !" as i crunched the life out of them. then i found myself in the living room and my old olive-gray tabby sidled up to my legs, wanting some loving, so i bent down and scratched its jowls in the way that it liked, and it jumped up on my lap as i was sitting on the couch and purred loudly, then the purring morphed into a weird type of speech like what a human toddler would do, it was purr-saying, "feels good!" "love you!" "good human!" and the like. then it stopped dead and cocked its head towards a faint noise in the corner only it could hear, then sprang from the couch, ran to the corner and pounced upon a big rat-sized brown mouse which was being tenaciously held-on-to by its mama mouse, and with a look of terror on her mouse face she was shrieking, and the telepathic word she was shrieking was "NOOOOOOOOOOOO!! !! !! !" and the cat was yeowling out in toddler talk, "LEGGO! LEGGO!." the cat finally tore the mouse away from its mother who fled in terror back through the ventilation duct whence she and junior came. i tore the cover off the duct and a 3 foot piece of the wall crumbled and i could see the damage those gnawing vermin did to the construction, and i could see the garage through the hole. the cat jumped down into the garage through the hole with the dead mouse in its jaws, and it laid the mouse corpse flat on its back, licked its chops and proceeded to bite off its left front paw with a loud "GRUNCH!" then swallowed it with a loud "GOINK!" so much noise was made that my late mother came over and saw what was happening, and she had a bag of trash with her so she crawled through the hole to take the trash outside, and i noticed there were lots of humongous red ants crawling about, a few of 'em were on my shoe so i furiously shook my foot to ditch them, then i awoke.

^^^omgs AuntBlabby what have you been eating lately. ;) What all does it mean?

I'm still dreamless, or I mean I can't remember what I have been dreaming. But I am going to get the saurkraut and chocolate ice cream tomorrow when I pick up my RXs at the store. I wanted to let you know I haven't forgotten about it.

just my normal bachelor's slop. but i was informed by a psychic type, that it was my late cat mushi [the name means a vulgarity for female body part in german] that had just passed and who paid me a good bye dream visit before ascending back to its heavenly realm beyond the rainbow bridge. i never thought anything like that would happen, for i was not the best cat owner. none of my other cats visited me. for more info about such, read "hello from heaven." there is also much on the web about pets visiting their owners from beyond the grave.

remember to watch the weird movies also, like "eraserhead" for starters. then "incubus." then "insignifigance." then "forbidden planet." there are many weird movie dream fodder materials out there. "waking life" [a truly weird movie!] is an excellent such dream inducer.

That's sweet AuntBlabby. Okay, I'll try to rent one of them.

Have you ever heard someone say that you shouldn't sleep with your head pointing South? An old psychic told me that a long time ago when I was 15 years old.

I've been sleeping with my head pointing South since after Hurricane Irene because I started moving furniture around and unpacking boxes here and it's taking me a good while to do it because of my health. I often watch videos or something online to fall asleep to and my little computer stand only fits on the South end of the couch.

It doesn't make any logical sense to me - but you never know.

the good people at yahoo answers say the following, regarding the feng shui of sleeping-

Sleeping North: Strengthens physical health.
Sleeping South: Deepens sleep, elicits intuitive capabilities and enhances your capacity to remember dreams.
Sleeping East: Helps you wake up quickly and have more energy.
Sleeping West: Slows life down -- good for stressed adults or hyperactive kids

i sleep east just because that is the only practical direction available to me in my cramped tin can. i don't know about the more energy/quicker awaking part. but it works for me.

i dreamt i was in quebec but instead of seeing everybody speak in the local quebecois, i ran into a group of people who spoke castillian spanish instead. when i asked them why they were speaking spanish instead of the locally mandated french, they told me "oh, that doesn't apply to us, we're different."

i hate it when my dreams are 'normal' because i have trouble deciphering them between real memories and it makes me look like a plank when i mention things to people that never actually haappened. my dreams were very normal last night.

Ya. At some point I gave up on the whole thing

I once had a dream that I was a female prostitute walking down a street and suddenly a scary male crackhead pulled a gun on me and tried to kill me. I grabbed the gun from his hand and tried shooting him but the bullets didn't effect him. :?

the crackhead was already spiritually dead so no gun with bullets could do him any harm.

Probably one of the dreams where I'm inside of a game that doesn't exist and playing it at the same time, and it looks like life and like an pixelated or cell-shaded video game simultaneously, and my gender and character (I'm like a character from a book or something, only I'm not really that character at all, and I'm not myself either) switches every few minutes. I can't make any sense of those dreams, except that I'm disappointed its not real.

I have a few really weird recurring dreams.

One involves somebody, usually my dad, driving off a bridge with me in the car. I always wake up before the car lands.

Another involves me and one of my best friends ending up in a Doom-like shooting game trying to kill each other in good fun.

And the last one usually involves me going to an amusement park that is surrounded by a TON of water. Since I'm not a good swimmer the dream kind of unsettles me. To this day, 15 years later, I've never finished this dream (we do have Cedar Point here in Ohio which is in the middle of Lake Erie but it's easily accessible. The park in my dream you have to take a boat to get to and I NEVER make it into the park)
