The Greek national anthem-I watched "The First Olympic Games: Athens, 1896" again. I am thinking about Greece quite a lot lately for some reason. I have no known Greek ancestry.

Tastes great for today, tastes great every way, can't get enough of The Stuff!

Or at least, my brain can't get enough of it, since I can't get the song out of my head.

Right now, I seem to have two songs sort of alternating:

Just walk away, Rene, you won't see me follow you back home...

and

Bright light city gonna set my soul, gonna set my soul on fire...

Don't know what made me think of those two, but it's an alternating "stuck."

and le wild Savoyard appears!

I like the songs from The Mikado. I've got an old Edison cylinder of selections from the Mikado and some 78s of the HMS Pinafore. Wish that stuff was easier to find on vintage records!
