I am interested to see how common headaches are.

I'm not interested in self inflicted headaches related to drink or drugs etc.

I voted most days, like they are now. But, I go through phases where they aren't so often.

I picked most days. They're not always the same kind either. Mostly I get eye aches (but it's in my head, like behind my eye), or "eye-graines" if they get bad enough, from eyestrain. Then there's a general pressure headache, probably from too much noise or stimulation or having been forced to act in a socially normal way. And then there are migraines of course...

I go through stages; there are times when I go for months without headaches, and other times I have a headache for most of the time. I picked a few times a month, since that seems most accurate.

In the past half year or so, my headache is a very specific one where even if it aches in general, it's not too bad - unless I look to the right. Moving my eyes to the right (sometimes just in general, sometimes all the way to the far right) definitely pangs. I was a bit concerned that perhaps I should get it checked out, but it goes away in time. Actually, one just went away today after about a week and a half of it.

Every day. I always have a headache and I'm not exaggerating. I remember the last time I was free of headaches, it was in early 2009 when I took a Maxalt, and it lasted about an hour. Clear head, no pain, pure bliss. Before then, I cannot remember a time I was without a headache, and I was starting to think that how my head felt was normal and I was just weird for thinking it was painful.

I also get different types of headaches in addition to the constant throb.

Headaches are the worst thing in my life. :(

I believe my headaches come seasonally. I would describe them as cluster headaches, but I could be wrong. I get an intense pain behind my right eye that usually last from 30 minutes to an hour. They normally hit at the same time of day and I've had as many as three in a day. Once, after squirming in bed for a half an hour, I had to take a cold shower to distract me from the pain. (I rarely take pain relievers for them knowing they won't last too much longer.)

What even causes headaches?

Too little intake of water/liquids is, I think, the biggest cause of headaches.

My son's headaches are caused by forgetting to drink enough... he always comes back from his Dad's with a headache, because his Dad forgets to make sure he drinks enough. My headaches are caused by teeth grinding in my sleep, amongst other things.

I have headaches few times a year. I have them because I'm tired or it's beginning of the sickness.
More often I have nausea.

I'd better drink more water.

Some of mine are from not eating enough. I get the headache after not feeling the hunger before.

It's a mixture of my medicine, not enough water, junk food, and the fact that I'm constantly on the computer wasting time.
I get headaches every single day :(

I have a headache now... great.

I find that I have headaches so often that I don't always notice they're there. Thinking about it, I would say I have a headache about five days a week.
