The teased bangs of the Late 80s, not that I did that to my bangs. I had my hair, the way I do, today.

I've never participated in any of these, nor do I know anyone who has. This is just what I've learned from daytime talk shows like Dr. Phil:

"The Choking Game" - Strangling oneself in order to get an adrenaline high in the moments before blacking out. Unsurprisingly, kids have died from it.
"Doing Whippets" - Huffing things like empty whipped cream dispensers and rubber cement in order to get high.
"Pill Parties" - A bunch of friends get together at one of their houses and dump as many pills, both over-the-counter and prescription, into a bowl and take combinations of them in order to get high.

It should be stupid teen trends. Many off those deadly things aren't limited to teens or aren't deadly.

There used to be this fad in high school where kids sat on the floor with their knees to their chest and hyperventilate, then stand up and faint.
One of my friends did it and she stopped breathing 8O

I hate a good majority of them, if not all

I especially hate the social networking, how people have to be on facebook or twitter whatever 24/7 telling everything that is going on ex "just flushed the toilet!" "eating marshmellows!" who CARES?

Really? As far as I know, you can't die from chocking yourself, your reflexes don't allow it. Tell me if I'm wrong.

The current fashion at the moment is walk around with your trousers down below your underwear. This derives from prisons, where they'd take your belt away. It won't kill you, but you'll look deadly ridiculous

I'm guessing it's possibly a reference to people hanging themselves while doing it, and not getting cut down in time. Or something going wrong. Or pulling a David Carradine.
