For all those who actually like to eat their fruits and veggies - not just vegetarians and vegans. :D

Tomatoes and zucchini just came into season where I live, and I can't get enough. The tomatoes I eat on sandwiches and burgers; the zucchini I sautee with bacon bits and chili powder. What's in season where you are? Do you have any recipes?

I love carrots. I can eat them for hours. That's how I got my eyesight restored, with all the carrots that I eat. There's a big bag of them, in my fridge. I'm going to eat a few, while deciding what to have for breakfast.

I have 64 square feet of garden plots at a local community garden and so far I have picked about
eight zucchinis. Average size: two pounds.

I love every fruit and vegetable, if they are fresh. Without anything. I hate sauces, creams etc.

Except: celery tops and avocado.

we should all consider giving peas a chance :)
baby peas are so deliciously tender and succulent.
japanese pears are perfectly balanced between tart and sweet, with a stimulating mild graininess. bartlett pears are the same way.
broccoli is the perfect addition to a savory stew.
there is something very satisfying about fresh-sqeezed grapefruit juice with brown sugar added. when chilled, it is moderately sweet yet refreshingly tart, a fresh clean lean taste.
