Pretty decent. I just barely started making pancakes this year for the kids, so I'm still perfecting my technique.

I'm Ok, but I don't usually toss them, I just flip them, because the only time I want to show off while cooking is at scouts. (Who don't like me 'cause I'm liberal, democratic, and an agnostic. :x :x :x )

Mine just ends up folding together and all sorts of things if I toss them, so I just go with normal flipping. Besides its faster too.

It's not showing off, it's actually quicker and easier.
