I wasn't sure where to put this, I thought this section would go well though.

I was just wondering if anyone enjoys doing jigsaw puzzles? I like them, and have quite a few, but I am not very good at putting them together. They are rather difficult for me. Right now I have been trying to do a 550 piece one, without much luck. Anyone good with them? :)

I love jigsaw puzzles. I find them really relaxing, but I haven't done one for several years.

I like them, but I lose concentration on them after a while if it's over 500 pieces.

I haven't done one in a few years but I have always enjoyed them. For a while I was on a jigsaw puzzle kick and every time my wife and I would go to Wal-Mart I wanted to check out the puzzles. I ALWAYS browse the toy aisles at Wal-Mart.

I am ok at puzzles. Usually my tss brings soem over and they are like 100 piece ones but ti still takes em a while. Everyone just gets excited when I finish. They fustrate me.

I love them. The more piece there are, the longer it takes for me to finish because I have to separate the pieces and go piece hunting to find the right piece.

i used to do them in winter but i've been too busy lately. i find them relaxing and absorbing. i usually do the 1000 piece ones, but i look for an 'easy' one.

I'm really quick with the first piece of a jigsaw but have trouble joining the other pieces.

i once thought of a joke to play at christmas. (it was funny to me at least).

get a jigsaw, and completely take it apart. dismantle every component and then give the person their present which is a box of screws and washers and a motor and wires and circuit boards and other unconnected components.

when they ask what it is, i could say it is a "jigsaw puzzle"
the prize for solving it is a jigsaw.

Yes, I had a mini obsession with them last year. Recently bought a tiny 1000 piece one of Machu Picchu. Here are a few I did:

nice pictures outlier. the problem i have is actually finding ones with pictures you like, that aren't too hard to solve. most of the photography is really bad quality.

too much sea, sky or grass means too hard.

I want an Obama puzzle.

I enjoy jigsaw puzzles though. My grandmother and I use to do them a lot... untill her cats would lay atop the puzzle and scatter pieces evreywhere. He would do this nearly evrey time we did a puzzle.

I like doing online kitty puzzles on the Siamese cat site I visit. I love seeing pictures of people's kitties when the puzzle is solved.
