^ Naww, congratulations! :)

For years I've been annoyed that, whenever I want to text in Māori, the standard keyboard on my Samsung phone has macrons available for all the vowels except "o" (iPhones don't have this problem, nor does my computer). It's annoying for a lot of common words like "mō" (for) or "tōu" (your), meaning I had to either misspell them or Google "macron o" and copypaste it. Nor have I had the best of luck with downloading keyboards for other languages.

Then out of the blue, while I was sending a text to my nephew, I found that my phone has been updated and now the standard keyboard has a macronned "o", just like the other vowels. It mightn't be particularly important for most people, but for me it makes texting a lot easier now. Yay!! :mrgreen:

I finished my driver's ed. class. :mrgreen: Now all I need to do is finish the 3 drives with an instructor that I still have to do.

Wow, a maori speaker!! :D What would some of my profs do to have a chat with a Maori speaker.

Anyway, what made me happy: some nice cheap protein bars, a book about grammaticalization, and quality time with my family. Also, not being awakened by a rude alarm clock. 8)

My daughter has got a new best friend. She had one friend through primary school, then the friend and her family moved to another country. My daughter made a group of friends but now she has a best friend from that group!
