Great tits, blue tits, long tailed tits. All eating the fatballs I strung from the trees. Boy, they make me so happy.

LOL That took me a moment. I love the little tits. They're so cute and I love the little chickadees too. I love their fat little bodies.

I know the best defense mechanisms for now and the future: humor, and if that doesn't work, thought suppression.

I have a plausible explanation for why I've been more patient than usual for the last year-and-a-half!
1. When one sleeps, assorted memories are filed and stored as they should be filed and stored.
2. The last year-and-a-half, I haven't been getting enough sleep on school nights.
3. Some memories are skipped, reducing the average sizes of the storage circuits.
4. The circuits are smaller, and the year seems to pass more quickly.
5. The lossier storage affects memories of waiting, so my perception of time decreases as well.
6. This is why I appear to be much older than 31 base 5.

"Sleep that knits up the ravell'd sleave of care,
The death of each day's life, sore labour's bath,
Balm of hurt minds, great nature's second course,
Chief nourisher in life's feast,—"
—fount of youth.

I got to spend a lot of time with my friends today. That made me very happy. I'll be able to sleep tonight. :D

Today is garbage day and I already went picking and got a nice long low cabinet. It may be missing one of it's two doors but I can put stuff in it and it was free. If I decide it's too ugly for the dining room I can always put it on the porch. It's still early in the day so maybe I can pick some more good stuff later. The top looks a little funny because it's still damp from me washing it. I think I'm going to find something nice to hang over the 2 parts that I had to glue back on so they don't show.
