No, you wouldn't.

What book?

The Host. I'm kind of taking a break from it. I've already read about half of it.

What's it about, I'm kinda in a posting war so i can't go look it up right now.

It's kind of hard to describe. It's about an alien race of parasites trying to take over Earth. They remind me of Aspies because of their formal language and lack of emotion. They're pretty much taking over human bodies for their own. This is just the story of one parasitic alien who takes over a resistant person. I haven't gotten far enough to say if it would work out or not, but I'm enjoying it so far.

NOW I remember where that's from! It's from the twilight author, right?
Did you ever read that series? I did because my "friends" said it was cool.
Anyways, sounds interesting, I think I remember people saying it was a confusing book.

Well the nice thing is you can probably get many of the components 2nd hand at a huge discount, perfectly good stuff goes "obsolete" and becomes "worthless" so quickly these days it's a goldmine for techno geeks with some skillz and creativity...

I've also read the Twilight Saga, only to be extremely disappointed. I'm not really confused, just entrigued. I'm waiting to see what will happen next. The Host has been a completely different book, partially because the main character isn't suffering from emotional pain, like a break up. I pretty much skipped over New Moon, hoping Eclipse would be different. Nothing. :|

Yeah, most of my stuff I'm hoping to get second hand.

Though I must absolutely buy the Mac new. The newest version of Logic Pro requires it.

It's a good thing I'm a Mac guy or I would be pretty angry that you can't use Logic Pro on a pc. :D

Yea, the only interesting parts were the action. That's cool, I might check it out.

I'm using an avatar that represents the size that I wish to be when I reach my goal weight. Small enough to be healthy but big enough to still look like myself. :)
