Epona by Enya - this song has always reminded me of fairy tales.

I also find the opening theme to the anime series Sailor Moon to be very mystical. The song is called Moonlight Densetsu.

That one seems to have a more ominous tone to it. Still, it's really nice. It gives me the feel of a choir performance in a 18th-century era cathedral.
