yes, it is always playing in the background, on the sound system. i listen to a lot of NPR, but also i tune it to classic KING-FM/HD, and to KJAQ-HD/FM, which is probably the best oldies station outside of WXTR [washington DC]. i have heard so many songs i haven't heard since i was a little kid, on that station.

Q- choose one car- an orange 1977 AMC Pacer, or a pink [mary kay edition] 1989 Cadillac Sedan Deville? [i know which one i want.] say why you like one or the other automobile.

the bubble car i saw at the puyallup fair a few decades back, was SPECTACULAR! I Want One!! ! the AMC Pacer also qualified as a cross between a bubble car and an overweight VW Beetle pregnant with octuplets.

Q- choose one vehicle- a 1996 Oldsmobile 98 Regency Elite, or a 1993 Lincoln Continental Signature? explain your choice please.

The Oldsmobile. Continentals are too ostentatious and my town's undertaker had one.

Rather have a '79 Toyota Supra or a '96 Mitsubishi Lancer?

Do you enjoy blinking?

i don't really think about it.. i sometimes enjoy stating the blinking obvious lol

do you feel lonely, content with your social situation or overwhelmed by too many friends, lovers and acquaintances? if that's not too personal.

I'm mostly alone, but mostly not lonely.
I have maybe 3 or 4 acquaintances who I vaguely keep in touch with and they've never complained over the 30-odd years I've known them so I guess they must count as friends.
That's contenting enough, most times. I can't "do" social so too many friends just wouldn't apply.

Do bees fart?

Meh. It seems a bit tiresome and formulaic sometimes. Stephen Fry is better in more serious things like documentaries. Or in Blackadder.

Any idea where the expression "If pigs could fly" came from? I mean the meaning/usage is clear enough; I'm just wondering where/when it originated.

Dull? Nah, not a bit of it.
You should catch me without access to the 'net. It's like a second brain.

What scares you the most? I mean real, deep 'gives you the willies' scared.

Lord of the Rings, and it was damn good. Obviously the book was hacked to bits in the process but I thought it covered the essence of it quite well.
Or, Toy Story. Love the animation quality and tiny "in" jokes aimed at adults.
But I have a stack of unwatched DVDs. I buy this stuff thinking "ooh, must have that" and then it just sits there.

A favourite noise? One that makes you zoom into it and really listen to. (excluding music)

both films i enjoyed , though lotr has more appeal for me..
don't know that it's my favourite but quite enjoyable are gun noises at the moment. loading and cocking etc, firing too but they're often way too loud. and lightsabres!! lol i can't help but imitate the sound when i hear it. also quite a lot of martial arts sound fx.
same question.
