Why is that your username?

There are a lot of very interesting usernames here..

NcNbl is my name Nico Noble
I like to use my name but it could get boring so that's what I made of it.

auntblabby = crazy aunt in the basement that nobody wants to talk to + johnny carson's "mighty carson art players" stock character of the same name + the fact that i talk a lot, hence AuntBlabby. it was going to be "abbynormal" but that was taken. i am abbynormal on other forums.
the avatar, OTOH, is from the old twilight zone episode "night of the meek" about a thoroughly disappated department store santa claus [named henry corwin] who had hit rock bottom and was in desperate need of redemption, which he got at the end of this remarkable episode.

In 2008 when I made my gamertag for Xbox Live, I wanted it to be something to do with My Neighbour Totoro, somehow. My name is Simon, so I ended up calling it Simonoto. My friend on Xbox Live always shouts "Simon Oh No! Simon Oh No!" because he sees that fitting more than Simonoto.

Thus, Simonono. I would change my Xbox gamertag to that, but it's a waste of money.

It's an edited version of a username I had on another forum years ago, it was Xxmonkey_biznisxX but I wanted a new account so I changed it to MONKEY, I've used it on quite a few forums since.
And oddly enough, my username has nothing at all to do with my current interest in primatology.

got mine a couple of years ago when i signed up for aforum,
i have always been fascinated by the Ood,
so when i got my diagnosis some months ago i found the name oddly ironic, quite funny, when i signed up here nothing else would have felt right.

nah never villain, the ood is a race of consciouss beings who have two brains, one internal like ours and one external used for empathy, see they carry one of their brains in their hands so they have to trust everyone they meet.

the reason they became a villain was because humans enslaved them by lobotimizing the outer brain, turning them into mindless slaves.

I use the same SN for most everything because it makes things easier. I came up with this a few years ago because I was having problems on a few forums & wanted a different SN for another one. I didn't think I'd be there long & didn't put a lot of thought into it. I used it on a few mroe sites where I didn't think I'd stay long & after a while it became my main ID. It doesn't really suit me because I'm not really a James Bond fan; I mostly liked that GoldenEye game for 64. nick8472 because of Species8472 from StarTrek Voyager or nick182 because of Blink182 would os been more fitting at the time but for some rezone I didn't think of the obvious then

I think mine's pretty self explanatory.

Nothing much more complicated than that, I just like the imagery of the song.

My username has nothing to do with the rock band, Cockney Rebel. It has to do with the fact that I was called a Cockney Rebel at the factory that I worked at a few months before I quit that job. The other reason that I chose it for a nick name, well two reasons is because my mum was trying to get me to fess up and tell her that I'm a Cockney Rebel the summer that I was first diagnosed with Depression and there's also the fact that I was a little on the edge of rebellion when I first joined WP in 2004.

'Farqy' is an old nickname, referring to a haircut I used to have that (apparently) gave me a vague resemblance to Lord Farquaad from Shrek.
'TheIndolent', meanwhile, is a reference to my, er... indolence.
