The messes I have to clean

Anxiety. I have been asked out by a guy to his house. I don't want to get paranoiac but i am scared of getting raped.

The other day the fire alarm in our unit went off because we were cooking, and I instinctively got so scared that I was shaking due to the last time, where I had to get the pets out by myself. Even my dog was shaking.
