The vacuum cleaner is not strong enough to overpower my lungs. I have been doing this for a long time and i was able to get off of a ventilator by screwing around with this.

as well i am simply holding the hose in with my hand, when i need air i can let go of the hose and shove it out of the hole in the zipper.

In previous years I would've been more concerned about posting pictures of myself but nothing is private on the internet unless you use Tor which doesn't allow Javascript meaning you can't get on many of the sites. If you use full-disk encryption maybe you'll prevent people looking at your personal files, however most things on the internet are monitored so I don't give a s**t really.
