I am just a hair shy of 6 ft and weight 178 . I am getting older and am begining to have dificulty keeping my stomach flat. I am still the same size as i was when I graduate high school the only difference is now I have to work to stay that way. :D

5' 10" or 11", 147-9 (my scale is messed up) Down from a peak of 160 at the begining of the year. Running definitly works wonders.

210Lbs 5'11". I'm a stout fellow. I boxed at 178 in HS and until about 4 years ago, I was still running all the time. Getting old, indeed. I would still be in great shape except for 15 pounds of table muscles up front. I'm trying to fix that, but you know ... things work differently when your metabolism shift gears.

I weigh 56kg at 170cm. That's about 120 pounds at 5'6'' I think.

I guess around 76kgs now, I am 173cm tall, but I have gained some muscle working out in the gym for a few months, means I look a few kilos lighter.
