Ok people, so what are your thoughts on the whole my little pony: friendship is magic thing?

I haven't seen much on it, but the parts I've seen it's a highly amusing show to watch.

My thoughts on the show as mentioned on another thread afterwhich I converted many into Bronies.

Very odd as it might seem I have grown to like the series considerably despite normally being more into grimdark material. However being rather skeptical to watch in the first place because it didn't exactly appeal to my interests as I'm sure you can imagine such is the case with many who is only then exposed to MLP. However after hearing plenty of good things about it decided to try it out.

It was surprising very good with better writing then you will see with most cartoons anymore with nicely done characters and had a oddly additive charm to it. Its actually rather adorable without becoming nauseating so, genuinely enjoyable, humor that isn't just for little girls, and while the central plot for many episodes have been used plenty of times in children shows (which is not necessarily a bad thing depending on the theme) does this without turning into a mindnumbing cliche. The show intended for the parents as well as the kids creating the prominent periphery demographic that makes up the Brony herd.

I would have to say that it is the best cartoon I have seen for quite some time that goes beyond the typical drivel that exist in many modern half baked cartoons that exist today.

I left the Minecraft Forums because the General Off Topic was dominated by 'brony' threads. And yes I've seen it. It really wasn't as amazing as everyone said it was.

You can count me in as one of the "bronies". That show rocks my socks!

I am a brony! also my birth date coincides with the original air date of the MLP: FIM pilot episode (October 10th) a few of my good friends are bronies and my best friend from school- who i've known all my life- just doesn't understand it at all, but he accepts it! I haven't told my girlfriend yet though

Alot of people don't understand it, but often they do when they watch the cartoon without bias. But then again its not everyones cup of java. Just as long as he accepts you, theres no problem with that alot of my friends know about me liking friendship is magic, and accept it. One guy decided I was gay and stopped talking to me, but then again who needs people like that?

Show's great.
Fans can get annoying, but that's how it is with everything.
