Did not sleep well.

Hot again today.

Finding out that my hometown school district has taken 60 years to officially acknowledge that (1) bullying happens; (2) bullied students suffer even when they are not being bullied, and (3) it is not the bullied students' fault.

At 2 pm immediately after my lunch break, Tattletale tom had the nerve to tell me "haven't seen you lately". Told him I was on lunch.

Tattletale tom had been trying to get me made redundant. That was not his first attempt. He has not succeeded thus far, but all it takes is one time. Tattletale tom wastes a lot of time, while clocked in, talking to other slaves, some of whom have termination power, so I am afraid tattletale tom will get me fired.

The building and parking lot are under video tape. Exception:. Training room, litterbox and the locker room. Tattletale tom could accuse me of vandalizing the locker room and there would be no way to "prove" that that is not correct.

However, even though something is video taped, I don't have access to the video tape. And the manager doesn't have to look at the video tape before firing me either

Yesterday Safeway had one lentil salad and zero artisan bread. Today Safeway had three artisan bread and zero lentil salad. It's kind of inconvenient to go there and it's just to waste a couple of bucks.


Rude customers


Sometimes after a meal I have to defecate three times and it still doesn't feel finished.

Usually on work days it's just two times

ASM Don left the company two weeks ago and I feel disconnected because none of the other managers talk to me

My stomach hurts and I feel like I'm going to vomit. I don't want to vomit since when my stomach feels like this it usually hurts really bad, so I'm trying to avoid it.

The instant coffee didn't taste like coffee.

Confusion about my order

It's going to be another hot day today.

No more tomatoes left.

Almost passed out during exercise because I couldn't breath properly. Had chest pain, pins and needles on my left arm, face and throat. Face is swollen a little.

Think I might have a wheat allergy as this has happened in the past everytime I had wholewheat pasta as my pre-workout meal. And the GP diagnosed it as panic attacks.
