I've started tearing out strands of hair again and now I can already feel where I'm missing sections of hair that I've pulled out.

I fell down in my bathroom in the middle of night, I fell on Friday after 1 AM, I was pulling up my pants, I lost my balance, I fell backwards on my butt, I managed to pull myself up, I hold onto the side of the bathtub, my butt hurt a little bit, my hip is hurting still. I hate having less upper body strength. It’s very cold tonight. I think my joint pills still working.

Everyone in my house has Covid except me. I've got a ton of work this week. It feels inevitable I'll get it soon. I KNOW I have to get on with this work and get it done before I get ill. But I cannot focus today for toffee.

Looks like I'll have to start making more friends, as the people whom I had on my email contact list seemingly have disappeared in term of communication, as I'm not going to make any further effort in trying to reach them.

Oh well, there are people here.
