It’s November and I still need central air conditioning 24/7.

I agreed to help my aunt at a fundraising event today which was a bad idea. I had to wrap and bag things for people, and I was bad at it because I'm really uncoordinated and slow. I also got too overwhelmed at one point because it was really busy and a lot of people were talking around me while I was trying to focus. I ended up having to go sit down somewhere else to calm down before I freaked out. I also dissociated during the rest of our time there after that because it was still really overstimulating.

I'm fed up with conspiracy theorists ruining the whole internet.

I sacrificed two hours of my time to spend two hours shopping with Barb. She didn't appreciate it at all. As she walked out of the elevator she whined in an exasperated way, "I don't get why you were walking around with me that whole time if your legs hurt badly." I retorted, "Because I wanted to be with you....goodbye!"

I got to my apartment, slammed my door, banged a few walls, did a bit of whining and decided that crying was going to be a waste of time when I really needed a nap. I took my nap. I have a Lidocaine patch on the top and bottom of each of my calf muscles. I'm going to need music, any type of music to help to get me through the night.

Anxiety

When it rains it pours. Just got a £900 bill I wasn't expecting. When life kicks you it sometimes gives you a real good beating to make sure you get the message.

Realizing that the neopagan movement has been hijacked by annoying woke teenagers who think they have the right to tell people what gods they can and can't work with because of "cultural appropriation".

I hate the woke movement almost as much as I do Trumpism.

If i have to listen to one more infuriating political ad on TV I swear I'm going to scream and throw up.

Anxiety

My dog has a giant tick near his eye.

I don't feel like going to work.

$820 at the vet to remove a tick from my dog. That included sending the tick to a lab for disease testing and doing a blood test on my dog for Lyme Disease, plus a bunch of antibiotics.

Insanity.
