I learned that an old friend died years ago, and no one ever told me. She wasn’t a close friend, but she was someone who impacted me in a positive way.

Marked breathlessness with exertion that didn't cause such before. Noticed it with my first real "hike" in a couple of months. That'll be COVID-19 lung damage. Nothing really new. I had the same thing from severe viral pneumonia as a toddler, which took several years to recover from. I guess just another annoyance. Back to breathing exercises it seems.

I will have to see my dentist tomorrow in the morning again (I'm SURE I'll have to get another root canal treatment) - but he is a very nice and additionally very intelligent and spiritually-minded man, so I like to go to him in spite of everything :)
