Ugh, already hearing cicadas. Plus the ceaseless lawn/“home-improvement”/construction noise (not exaggerating for weekend/holiday daylight hours, one doesn’t finish before another one starts)

I woke up feeling sore and ill.

Firefox updated today to version 89 & I HATE it. They wanted it to be modern & claim they redesigned it to be sleek & clean & have less distractions but in reality they actually did the exact opposite of that. It looks AWFUL & is very difficult for me to see. I tried different themes & they have the same sh!tty design & feel, just the colors look different. Also my homepage is google & when I type in the google search bar on the google page, it now automatically types in the FF address bar instead. I used FF for MANY years & this update sux so bad that I would be ready to switch browsers instead of using this clunky piece of cr@p. I decided to reinstall the last version of FF which is 88. FF has what they call Downgrade Protection which meant that I had to create a new profile setup. I changed my settings & made d@mn sure to turn the auto update off, I reinstalled my bookmarks, & now in the process of reinstalling my addons.
