Extremely hot … extra humidity …yard work needs attention . And knee is wanting me to take a break from being up on it . Then SI joint has joined in to remind that the lower back wants attn. Being downwind of a couple big piles of bulldozed trees and brush doing a deliberate burn since this morning has my place smelling like a campfire & is causing some negative health effects.

Anxiety

I turned on the oven and fell asleep.

Yikes ,,,ovens and sleep can lead to permanent sleeps .

Severe weather swings , giving severe responses by the body , regarding old injuries/broken bones.

The price of cheese I regularly buy has gone up from $3.60 (last week) to $4.85 (today). I will no longer buy it. Cheese causes cancer any way.

Yeah my cheese bill went up as well. I've stopped buying it. Its not kind on cholesterol levels anyway.
