Anxiety

My back really hurts and I have to work an 8 hour shift today.

Voluntarily spent 2 hours cleaning old and uncleaned recycled mayonnaise glass jars.

Wanted to say by to a coworker I like when I was leaving but she looked busy and I didn't want to be awkward. She seen me clock out and when I was walking to the door she said bye and said she'll see me tomorrow. Thst made me happy til I realized I don't work tomorrow.

I just had a period started like a week ago. It was weak, which is odd... It stopped for about 3 days ago...
Four, five days long wasn't very unusual for me.

And now it came back, only stronger.
... The heck?

My mom having muscle spasms in the upper part of her right leg.

She has been using a cane to walk around the house for the past several days and I am afraid something may happen where she could hurt herself or even worse.

I was in my chair & my cat parked her butt in front of my iPad, I moved her to the side of the chair, she wasn’t happy, she bit my arm, she jumped off my chair & then she bit me again, she bit my bad foot, I started crying.

Did not sleep well last night.
