Quoting Sheldon Lee Cooper: "Stupid people make me sad."

I woke up with a headache, a sore back, and feeling groggy and like a big bag of garbage.

I don't know if it's from a lack of oxygen, dehydration, caffeine withdrawal, holding my breath while I sleep, or the beginnings of something much worse. All I know is that you're supposed to wake up after eight hours of sleep revived and refreshed, which I have rarely if ever felt my whole life and instead feel a lot less so than I do when I go to bed.

Although Friday night I hardly slept at all because I had a bad attack of what I think is IBS. I was in and out of the bathroom all night long, afraid that as soon as I went to bed I'd just have to get up again, but then I'd be sitting there waiting to do my business and it wouldn't come for ages even though I have stomach pains that tell me any second the flood gates will open in all its lovely glory.

Watching my daughter cry because she feels lonely. "You're only as happy as your least happiest child."

Wasting time at a doctor

My mom just accused me and my NT sister for being lazy and not doing our parts in keeping our house clean.

My NT sister and I do our parts to keep our home clean and tidy, but our mom expresses little to no satisfaction.

Stepping on something really, really squick. I was barefooted, and it was wet, could scatter all over, and it smelled damn weird.

Not literal crap. Disgusting as it is, that would likely annoys me more.
But this one today just really *squiks* me out. Ugh.

My eyes are not good. I thought it was just a lump of rice or something slimy.
I stepped on a couple of pressumably day old dead full-grown lizards.
Several times while washing dishes.
I didn't damn mean to step on their remains and end up scattering their bits.

Anxiety

People who insist that their version of the "truth" is the only valid version when every provable work says otherwise, or who insist that I need/want what they are selling when I specifically asked for something else.

Nightmares every night, 3 psycho killer dreams last night. I don't wake up terrified but it's waring and putting me into a somber mood. Weeks of this now.

I got "thrown under the bus" yesterday by someone I thought was a friend.

I fell over and hit my side on the hard part of my bed. Now I am all bruised.
