I don't know which is my favorite, but I've been craving some of those Russian tea cakes. You can't lose with sweets plus nuts in my opinion.

Cassata siciliana with chocolate glaze is my favourite.
This one was for my mother's birthday.

Took me 2 days to create all the layers.
