I love all the political drama going on these days. It makes my day to listen to people on all sides who do nothing but belch propaganda at each other all day.

I've found that most people are very willing to discuss politics calmly and reasonably. I have encountered no insults and threats, no deliberate twisting of words, no escalation into extremism, no treating moderate views as a sign of weakness. Everyone is willing to admit when their opponent has a point, to seek some common ground, and to politely agree to disagree when there is none.
