They didn't check for cars before entering the street... their parents must be so careless. :lol:

They're not even close to the ones ad bad as atlanta I'm sure, but we have those neighborhoods where you'd get shot just for wearing a blue bandana.

And even Atlanta's ghettos just wish they were in LA.
Some parts are just extremely sketchy, though... I went to a philosophy lecture at Georgia State University, which is downtown, and it ended at night. I had to walk quite a bit to my car. I was with my mom, granted, but still...

I don't live in the worse part of town, go about 2 miles east to the valley, there's a robbery or gang violence practically everyday.. I don't even like going there during the daytime.

I live in the safest part of metro-Atlanta. ^.^ It's so weird how close it is to the dangerous downtown parts, though, because they're so different from each other...

There's rainier valley, that's full of gang violence amongst other things, then the central district.. sometimes I think these kids shoot each other just because they live in another part of town than them.. it makes absolutely no sense, but I'll never understand the whole ghetto gangster scene

When I get my own apartment I'm moving a bit south of Seattle away from all that crap.. I mean an apartment is an apartment, you get all the same..
