Likely not ... I know some who won't even run their sprinklers if it means getting an anthill wet.

Q: What do you get when you run over a bird with your lawn-mower?

A: Shredded Tweet!

I won't constantly be on the lookout, but if I see one, I'll avoid running over it.

Except that one anti-Semitic frog who always made really offensive jokes about Jews every time I mowed the lawn. That guy had it coming.

I've never seen a frog while I'm mowing the yard.

I've attacked people for killing insects and I put frogs, toads, millipedes, and snakes into the grass when they get trapped(or refuse to leave) the road.

Sure, I shoo creatures out of the way of yard equipment, and capture and return them to the outdoors if they make their way into the house.

I have fruit flies hanging around my sink that I know I will have to kill but I can't bring myself to do it.

You've given me something to think about.

Anyways, I don't mow the lawn, but if I ever get my own house one day, I shall look out for frogs, toads and other animals.

I don't mow the lawn, but once I yelled at a guy for almost weed whacking a snake.

Funny you bring up frogs. I found a toad yesterday on the road and carried her around for an hour. Her name is Regina Simmons and she's pretty shy, but we got along. Anyway, we talked about sunsets and listened to some Whitesnake and then I left her by a shrub because my mom refused to allow her in the house.

This is why I won't mow the lawn, even though we haven't seen a frog or toad on that lawn for years. I hate frogs and toads. >.<

I'm put in charge of all the yardwork, and I've run over my share of animals (by accident of course!).

The only animals that hang on my lawn are red-ants & I look out for em when pushing the mower because I don't want to get bit

We don't usually get frog's and toads here. I have run over a garter snake in whilst mowing before, unintentionally.

I don't specifically look for frogs or toads when I mow the lawn, although I did see a toad the last time I mowed the lawn. It is the only time that I can remember seeing a frog or toad while cutting the lawn.

Nope! I don't mow the lawn, nor are there many frogs left around here  but I did save a toad in my neighbour's yard a couple weeks ago when she was mowing because she (and my 13 year old nephew!) were both too scared to pick it up. I love frogs and toads! We don't get much of "etc" (whatever would fall under etc--there aren't many little reptilian critters around here like lizards and things--oh I would save a garden/grass snake though!) I'd also save cute bugs like grasshoppers and whatnot. Animals are my only friends, so I save them if I am aware.

There usually weren't frogs or toads in the lawn I had to mow growing up, but I remember almost hitting a baby bunny that ran for dear life off an 8 foot retaining wall and then limped off. :( Poor little guy.
