I see it's quite popular among many here. I have yet to meet many people who hate it also.

I've always been taught that it's the lowest form of wit, and well, I have to say I agree.

Interested to meet others who share my view.

I don't like it but can't expound on my ideas right now. Brain fog.

I use it sometimes, but don't particularly like or dislike it.

I didn't think I did, but I keep getting called sarcastic, so maybe I actually love it.

I'm so sarcastic no-one takes compliments from me seriously. That's a problem.

However, well timed sarcastic retorts can be used as a foil when someone asks a stupid question. Its not really meant to be humerous - allthough that's a bonus - just to emphasize the point that you should think about what you say to avoid wasting everyone's time.

I use it sometimes (more online than in person), but usually don't like it when others do (in person...a kind of hypocrisy, yes), as they either:
a) make it way too obvious,
or
b) have no idea how to use it and sound dead serious even to someone who doesn't have AS or a more "literal" mind. 8O

I can detect it rather well nowadays; used to be terrible at it.

I hate sarcasm because I don't understand sarcastic remarks most of the time, so I frustrate those who direct such remarks at me. When I speak my mind, some people retort that I'm being sarcastic. Maybe their definition of "sarcasm" is different from mine, cos I won't use sarcasm to spar.

From what I notice It's mainly used by bitchy computer nerds who take the internets seriously.

Oh I try not to use sarcasm online, it really doesn't work. Internet arguments as a whole are somewhat undignified as it is.

Depends on the context, the person you're talking to, how well you know them, if you know how they are likely to take it and so on.
I don't like cruel sarcasm.

The kind of sarcasm I dislike the most is when someone says something seriously and the other person repeats what they say in a sarcastic tone. Some people thing that counts for debate. It doesn't.

Me! Glad to know someone else doesn't like it. I find it mostly just mean spirited. I hate shows like South Park and Family Guy as well.

Depends on how and when it is being used.
