I am unable to be there for my family in the way they need. My meltdowns are causing issues for everyone. I wish I could be normal. I am full of contradictions and feel very selfish. I know I should be there to help my family in our struggles but I can't find a way to bear it for long. I feel all messed up and causing undue hurt with my words and actions. I'm autistic at 30 years old. I'm ashamed at my lack of self control. So my word is "burden"
