Frustrated ... (but)

I'm frustrated because I cannot get the time to finish my three major projects (book, short story for an anthology, musical). Every time I think I am getting a day to work on one of these, something gets on my calendar preventing me from devoting the time I need to work on these projects.

I'm frustrated because my career is no longer the career that I knew when I began working. Many in my line of work are frustrated because we cannot do our job in the manner which we know works. Instead, we have to do all of these crazy evaluation processes that judge us in ways that are entirely off the wall.

I'm frustrated because there isn't enough of me to go around in my world.

I'm frustrated because I need a personal vacation and that seems impossible for me at the moment.

I'm frustrated ... but I still dream for my projects to be completed and successful.

Oh sorry ... this was suppose to be a one word answer.
